Downpours Causing Problems For Placerville - Video

It was a downtown drenching as the sky opened up just after lunch in Placerville, soaking everything and everyone caught in it.

The California Highway Patrol reported flooding on Highway 50 in both directions just east of Cameron Park Drive in El Dorado County. The freeway remained open.
