Many Offices and Services Closed for Thanksgiving

Thursday is Thanksgiving. Government agencies, schools, services and some businesses will be closed or have modified hours. Some also will be closed Friday.
All branches of the post office will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 22.
Schools in El Dorado County will be closed for Thanksgiving break, Nov. 19-23.
Placerville Police Department offices will be closed Wednesday, Nov.21, Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23.
Fire Protection District offices will be closed Nov. 22 and 23.
El Dorado Transit buses will not run on Nov. 22 or Nov. 23.
All Placerville city offices will be closed Nov. 21-23.
County offices, including the county libraries and the county courts will be closed on both Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23.
El Dorado Irrigation District offices will be closed on Nov. 22 and Nov. 23.
Banks will be closed for the holiday on Nov.22.
