Evelyn Cushman, of Placerville, was born Nov. 4, 1921, and died Nov. 11, 2012. She was preceded in death by Warren Cushman. She is survived by her children, Karine Bailey (Dan), Jack Cushman (Debbie) and Jim Cushman (Kathy); grandchildren, Jeanene, Kristie, Brandy, Warren, Stasey and Summer; and 11 great-grandchildren.
May you rest in peace, Gram. We love you!
