Alan Tolhurst Receives Posthumous Award from TRPA

Jacquie Chandler was the Lake Spirit Award winner. John Dayberry was the Lake Spirit Award winner. Heather Segale was the Lake Spirit Award winner. Alan Tolhurst was the Agency representative/environmental scientist Award winner.

The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency gave out four Lake Spirit Awards at the second annual Community Appreciation Day on Sept. 27.

They were honored for going above and beyond the call of duty to protect the beauty and clarity of Lake Tahoe and the Basin environment.
