Rico Oller Fundraiser Sat at High Hill

We need another hero, and Rico Oller is a PROVEN HERO!  In his eight or so years (~ 96-2004) in the CA Legislature as Assemblyman and Senator, Rico made an incredible difference.  He lead the fight for our gun rights, is a former houndsman (health issues have curtailed his ability) and avid hunter.  Oh yeah, and one heck of a nice guy!  I spent countless hours with him and his staff at the Capitol fighting the good fight and can attest to his vigilance for our rights.  He is a private business owner and has felt the heavy hand of CA laws and Regs that have crushed private enterprise nearly out of existence.   Here's a brief history of his achievements:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rico_Oller   It was a crying shame when he was edged out by Dan Lungren for Congress.  He also shares my view of Doug Ose, with whom I went to high school and we both exposed his anti-gun leanings. 

Due to the creation of new Assembly District boundaries that include much of El Dorado County, he is able to run again and needs our help.  His opponent, another Republican from Madera County is certainly worthy, but DOES NOT have the PROVEN experience and knowledge of Sacramento politics as Rico!  Rico will hit the ground running!
