Elizabeth Connolly, 58, of Fair Oaks, has been appointed to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Connolly has been a principal at the El Dorado County Office of Education since 2004 and a licensed educational psychologist in private practice since 1989. She was a program specialist and school psychologist at the El Dorado County Office of Education from 1983 to 2004. This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Connolly is a Democrat.
