Fired El Dorado Hills Community Services District GM Skeel Lands GM Post in Tahoe

John Skeel has landed on his feet. The former El Dorado Hills Community Services District General Manager took the reins of the Tahoe Resource Conservation District on July 23.
You might still run into him in the supermarket, however. Reached by phone, Skeel said he was “thrilled” to be able to stay in the area, and that his family will remain in El Dorado Hills for now.
His new office is in South Lake Tahoe, near Camp Richardson, but he expects to be back in El Dorado Hills on weekends.
At this point, there are few in the community who don’t wish him well.
