BIA Data Center – An Information Resource

The BIA inconjunction with our partner, Development & Financial Advisory (DFA), our proud to announce the BIA Data Center. The data center is a new service for our association offering our membership up to date fee data and related information.  The concept is to provide varying levels of development related information to our members, including fee package information, tax rates and costs associated with due diligence on development projects.  The cost of the various packages of information would be based on depth and breadth of the work, but would be priced at below market level as a service to BIA members.
