With 17 restaurants participating in the Riesling month, the incredible opportunities to experience our Signature Dry Riesling and our Hillside Riesling is almost limitless.

The uniquely amazing aspect of Riesling is how truly versatile this variety is with food. It pairs perfectly with pork, fish, fowl, fruit, spices and even beef if prepared properly. No other wine can come close to food-friendliness of Riesling.
So when we broached the idea of celebrating Riesling during the month of August with local restaurants, it seemed only natural that each chef could get excited about the pairing possibilities.
Our 2010 Signature Dry Riesling with its Granny Smith apple characters and notes of citrus and honey is tart and fresh, highlighting dishes with intense characteristics. Our 2010 Hillside Riesling with just a hint of residual sugar is bright with pear, peach and lemon zest framing a honeysuckle mid-palate of richness. Pairings with richer, fruitier creations (often spiced with a bit of heat) showcase the spectacular abilities of this Riesling.Come celebrate Riesling by savoring what we have in our own local area, and enjoy an evening out with these great partnering restaurants.
