Officer hosted pool parties, served alcohol, investigators say
A California state prison correctional officer who hosted pool parities and offered alcohol to minors was arrested on suspicion of molesting a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.
The Amador County Sheriff’s Department said that Johnny Irvin Walters, 38, a correctional officer at Mule Creek State Prison, was taken into custody Tuesday after a month-long investigation into the allegations that included more than one girl.
