Placerville Woman in Vallejo Arrested on Three Warrants from El Dorado County

Vallejo police arrested Kelly Martin, 23, of Placerville, about 1:28 a.m. Monday July 9 in the 100 block of Auden St. after responding to a call about a woman creating a disturbance and refusing to leave.
