

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort is proud to name Robyn Hood their new Player Development Manager. Robyn Hood, who most recently was an Executive Casino Host at Red Hawk Casino, is in charge of managing a team of two Executive Casino Hosts and 14 Casino Hosts.
“We are pleased to have someone of Robyn’s caliber heading up such an important part of our marketing team,” says Marketing Director Mark Bommarito. “With a new gaming area, five restaurants, and a much easier access opening this year, Robyn and her Hosts will be vital in welcoming everyone to the new Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort.”
Robyn began her career as a Race and Sports Book Writer at the Flamingo Hilton Reno in 1991. Since then, she has served as an Executive Casino Host at properties such as Atlantis Casino Resort, Siena Hotel Spa and Casino, John Ascuaga’s Nugget, Thunder Valley Casino Resort and Red Hawk Casino before being named Player Development Manager for Jackson Rancheria.
“I am excited about all the changes going on here at Jackson Rancheria,” she says about the lengthy renovations nearing completion. “Our whole new casino floor and all of our new amenities, and our new direction. I’ve been doing this for quite some time and it’s great to have this team to share my knowledge and experience with.”
She adds that her goal is, “to create a team and an environment that better serves our guests and makes them want to come here, to a comfortable, homey place where they have fun.”
Robyn now resides in Folsom and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry.
She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Iowa. Her outside interests include golf, gaming, traveling, hiking, rafting, bowling and spending time with her dogs.
