

As outlined in the Scope of Work, LSA shall conduct a technical analysis of all comments following the 30-day comment period
Attached please find the updated summary of concerns regarding the proposed Dixon Ranch Land Development project. Please review the summary to better understand what some of the issues are that have been identified to-date.
Following are the options that we recommend that you take in sending your comments/concerns to El Dorado County.
1) If you agree with the summary, and it reflects all of your concerns, simply send an email with a statement such as "As a resident of El Dorado County, attached is a summary that references my concerns regarding the proposed Dixon Ranch land development project" and attach the summary.
2) If you agree with the summary and you have additional concerns that are not reflected in the summary, please send an email and state in the body of the email what those additional concerns are along with the statement of "As a resident of El Dorado County, attached is a summary of some additional concerns regarding the proposed Dixon Ranch land development project" and attach the summary.
3) Or, send in your own personal comments without the attachment.
Even though you may have already submitted your concerns, if there are any concerns on the summary that you did not reference, we recommend that you attach the summary and send in another submittal.
