Efforts to create an El Dorado County advisory committee for "coordination" will move forward, after the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday gave qualified approval to a proposal by Supervisor Ray Nutting.Coordination refers to an effort by the county to have earlier and more effective say in federal and state policy decisions in the county, particularly regarding use of public lands.
